    Right of Withdrawal (for Business Customers – B2B)

    BETOX AG supplies exclusively to business customers (B2B). Under Swiss contract law, there is no statutory right of withdrawal for commercial transactions.
    As a gesture of goodwill, we offer a voluntary return policy for stock items under certain conditions.

    Voluntary Return Policy – Concrete and Metal Goods

    Returns are only accepted for standardized stock items (e.g., unmodified cable ducts, covers, or distribution cabinets) and are subject to the following conditions:

    • The goods must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging

    • The return must take place within 60 calendar days from the delivery date

    • Packaging must be suitable for transport (e.g., on original pallet or compatible carrier)

    • Loading must be organized and carried out by the customer

    • Return shipping is at the customer’s own cost and risk

    • Custom-made products and customer-specific assemblies are excluded from return

    • Returns are only accepted after prior written approval by BETOX AG

    • Returned goods will be inspected upon arrival at BETOX AG's receiving warehouse

    Administrative and Logistics Fee

    Due to the weight, bulkiness, and associated handling effort, BETOX AG reserves the right to retain 30% of the net purchase price as a flat fee for administrative and logistical costs in the case of an approved return.

    Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

    Swiss law applies exclusively.
    Place of jurisdiction is the registered office of BETOX AG.
